1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jayna9 ("jayna9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at jayna9.net. By accessing or using any part of the jayna9 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the jayna9 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. jayna9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

These Terms should be read alongside the jayna9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jayna9.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the jayna9 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jayna9 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal, recreational use — not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by jayna9 or any other gambling operator.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a jayna9 employee where a conflict of interest may arise.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Age Verification Process

jayna9 applies rigorous age and identity verification ("KYC") procedures to all registered accounts. We may request documentary evidence of your identity and age at any point, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where our fraud-detection systems flag unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your date of birth.

Where an account is found to belong to a person under the age of 18, jayna9 will immediately suspend the account, void all wagers placed, and return any deposited funds to the payment method from which they were received. Fraudulent misrepresentation of age is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by jayna9, including depositing funds, placing bets, and participating in promotions, you must register a single, personal account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jayna9 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jayna9 reserves the right to close all but the earliest-created account, forfeit any bonus funds or winnings associated with the duplicate account(s), and, in cases of deliberate fraud, permanently ban the player from the platform.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false registration details — including a false name, date of birth, or address — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jayna9 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jayna9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jayna9 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳100,000 unless a higher limit has been individually approved by jayna9.
• Deposits are credited to your jayna9 account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. jayna9 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile money operator.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jayna9 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which jayna9 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, although large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification before processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to jayna9's anti-money-laundering procedures.
• jayna9 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the required KYC verification. Pending or incomplete KYC will delay withdrawal processing.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be initiated from the bonus-derived portion of your balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jayna9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and tournament leaderboard prizes. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. jayna9 reserves the right to verify age before crediting any bonus.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus amount — or winnings derived from bonus funds — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing wagers, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless jayna9 explicitly permits simultaneous bonus activation for a specific promotion.
• jayna9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to an active wagering requirement will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of crediting.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using prohibited betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Promotional offers are intended solely for recreational players. jayna9 reserves the right to exclude any player from specific or all future promotions at its sole discretion, including where the player's betting patterns suggest professional or systematic bonus exploitation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the jayna9 platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, and instant-win games such as Wheel and Plinko:

General Wagering Rules

• A wager is confirmed and binding from the moment jayna9's system registers the bet and issues a confirmation. Players are responsible for verifying that their wager details (selection, stake, market) are correct before confirming.
• jayna9 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has started (for pre-match markets), where an obvious error in odds was present at the time of placement, or where system failure affected the integrity of the market.
• Minimum stake per wager is ৳10. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In-play markets are settled on the official ball-by-ball data feed used by jayna9.

Live Casino & Slots

• All live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface and govern the outcome of each round.
• All slot games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session or spin.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure mid-game, jayna9's system will automatically resolve the round using the last valid game state recorded on our servers. jayna9 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.

Instant Win Games

jayna9's Wheel and Plinko games are instant-win products that use certified RNG mechanics. Minimum stake is ৳10 per round. Results are final and non-disputable once the round outcome has been recorded by jayna9's servers. Players acknowledge that all instant-win games carry a house edge and that there is no strategy, skill, or technique that can guarantee a positive outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jayna9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

1. Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method to fund your account.
2. Multiple Account Operation: Creating or operating more than one account on the jayna9 platform for any purpose, including circumventing a ban, claiming multiple bonus allocations, or masking suspicious betting patterns.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players — whether on sports betting markets, poker (where available), or any other competitive format — to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate outcomes, or exploit promotional structures.
4. Match Fixing and Insider Information: Placing wagers based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any scheme to influence the result of an event on which bets are placed on jayna9.
5. Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or perform account actions on the jayna9 platform without express written permission from jayna9.
6. Money Laundering: Using the jayna9 platform as a vehicle to launder funds of illicit origin, including cycling deposits and withdrawals with minimal wagering activity for the purpose of converting funds.
7. Chargeback Abuse: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money operator in respect of a legitimate jayna9 transaction.
8. Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, display glitches, incorrectly published odds, or system malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jayna9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months where the account holds a zero balance.
• Any other situation where jayna9 determines, acting reasonably, that continued account access presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your jayna9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met in full. Accounts subject to an active responsible gaming cooling-off period or self-exclusion cannot be reopened until the relevant period has expired.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by jayna9 — your access to the platform is revoked immediately. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules, and any resulting real-money winnings will be returned to your registered payment method. jayna9 will retain your personal data for the periods required by applicable data protection and financial crime prevention obligations.
